Refund Policy

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love every piece you order from Goldie Body. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

How to request a refund

  1. Email us at contact@goldiebody.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
  2. Our team will reply within 24 hours with the next steps and, if a return is needed, the return instructions.
  3. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Packages sent without a return authorization cannot be processed.

Conditions

  • Your request must be made within 90 days of delivery.
  • For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, shapewear and beauty items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with their original tags or seals attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
  • Gift cards and items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Return shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (or your request is approved), we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Original shipping fees and optional shipping protection are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll help you find the right fit. The fastest way is to request a refund for the original item and place a new order.
